All data transmitted between your device and fjili's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES ciphers — the same standard used by Philippine banks. Your account credentials and payment details are never transmitted in plain text.
No Data Selling — Ever
fjili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only where legally required, strictly necessary for service delivery, or with your explicit consent. Your information is not a commodity at fjili.
Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, object to, erase, and port your personal data. fjili's data protection process makes exercising these rights straightforward — contact our support team at any time.
Secure Data Storage
Personal data collected by fjili is stored on secured servers with access controls, audit logging, and regular third-party security assessments. Payment method data is handled via PCI-DSS compliant processors — raw card details are never stored on fjili's systems.
Defined Retention Periods
fjili retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Where personal data is transferred to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines, fjili ensures such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We implement appropriate safeguards including contractual data transfer agreements that require recipient organizations to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required by Philippine law.

Any account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances voided, and any personal data associated with the underage account deleted as soon as practicable, subject to any required regulatory reporting obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on the fjili Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
